Property deeds relating to England, Wales and Jersey (MS 814)
This is a collection of eighty documents, mainly property deeds, dating from before 1162 to 1659, and relating to land in England, Wales and Jersey. The manuscripts were collated by Professor Francis Wormald as examples of types of handwriting for teaching palaeography. They are written in Latin and English and are arranged roughly cronologically.
